How do I upgrade my membership?
If you wish to upgrade your membership, please reach out to our support staff, and they can assist you with the upgrade right away. This should not take long at all, and the price increase will be adjusted automatically with your pre-approved confirmation.
What do I do if I get stuck or need help?

What is the refund policy?
Regarding the memberships, if you cancel, it will end at the upcoming renewal without any additional cost. As for the stores on our platform, each will have its own individual refund policies, which we are not responsible for upholding.
