    • For appointable products you have to set up the amount of the one off payment, then head down to the tabs below for the rest.
    • Starting with the appointable tab, this is where you can set up how long the appointments will last as well as the intervals (how often they are available, e.g. every hour), the padding time (how much time after each appointment there there has to be before another one can start).
    • Next select your lead time, this is how far in advance a customer has to book an appointment.
    • Then set your scheduling window, this is how far in the future appointment slots will be available.
    • After this there are a few tickboxed allowing you to customise how your schedules will work.
    • Ticking require confirmation means that the customers appointment request has to be confirmed for the appointment to be set.
    • Can be cancelled is allowing the customer to cancel the appointment if they need to along with a drop down box of how far in advance to they have to cancel it before they cannot. This premise applies the same to the below tick box can be rescheduled except this is for moving the appointment rather than removing it.
    • The customer timezones tick box will switch the times and dates shown to match the customers current timezone.
    • The next tab down around pricing allows you to create specific custom pricing rules such as setting appointments to be more expensive on certain days (this could be used for days such as holidays).
    • The staff section allows you to select the staff of yours (if you have any staff) that you would like to be available to also do appointments, you can also select if you would like the customers to be able to choose certain staff or if they are automatically assigned.
    • The following tab allows you to set your availability, you can have this automatically done from the previous settings you have entered or you can add your own custom availability, you will also have the ability to restrict certain days of the week if you wish.
    • Finally the zoom appointment tab allows you to set up your appointments through a default host (if you haven’t set yourself up with zoom on our site yet, just leave this one blank, then follow the zoom instructions in the group section, then com back and apply yourself as the default host).

     

    Once all of that is done you can view your product with the eye icon next to it on your products page to make sure your happy with it. then directly take the URL from that view page to send to people and direct them to this product.
